York University expert on boardroom diversity available to comment following Ontario Securities Commission roundtable TUESDAY

Aaron Dhir, an associate professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and expert on boardroom diversity, will be available for comment on Tuesday following an Ontario Securities Commission roundtable.

Dhir, author of Challenging Boardroom Homogeneity: Corporate Law, Governance, and Diversity will be a panelist on the roundtable, which will be discussing the securities regulator’s report on compliance with new disclosure requirements on women on boards and in executive officer positions.
