Osgoode Hall Law School experts can comment on Supreme Court decision on doctor-assisted suicide

TORONTO, February 6, 2015 − The Supreme Court of Canada today unanimously struck down the ban on doctor-assisted suicide for Canadian adults who are mentally competent and suffering intolerably.

Osgoode Hall Law School Dean Lorne Sossin, Professor Bruce Ryder and Professor Allan Hutchinson are available for comment on the constitutional and legal aspects of the decision.
