TORONTO, Jan. 27, 2014 – York University will host a panel discussion tonight (Jan. 27, 2014) at 7:30pm on interactive design, featuring Facebook product designers Andy Chung, Robyn Morris and Vivian Wang, along with FB recruiter Josilin Torrano.
The panel, titled Designing Facebook, will feature Chung, Morris, Wang and Torrano speaking about their work and what the design culture at Facebook is like. They’ll answer questions submitted by students to a Facebook event site (offered by invitation only) and will also respond to questions from the floor.
The panel, which is open to the public, will be moderated by Professor David Gelb, director of York University’s Graduate Program in Design.
While here, the product designers will also spend several days participating in class critiques, conducting presentations and interviewing York/Sheridan Joint Program in Design and York University’s Graduate Program in Design students for potential internships and new grad hires.
