York U to announce single largest corporate gift for Environmental Studies Awards in Canada

TORONTO, November 28 – On Thursday, Dec. 1,at 10am York University President and Vice-Chancellor Mamdouh Shoukri and Barbara Rahder, dean of York’s Faculty of Environmental Studies (FES), will announce the single largest corporate gift for undergraduate Environmental Studies Awards in Canada.

What: Major donor funding announcement. 

Photo opportunity:York Faculty of Environmental Studies students and faculty to showcase key York environmental research projects – such as a solar panel energy display –  through hands-on exhibits.
