York University announces transformative donation
TORONTO, October 28, 2011 – York University President & Vice-Chancellor Mamdouh Shoukri and Janusz Kozinski, dean of York’s Faculty of Science & Engineering, will announce a significant donation from a private citizen. The announcement will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011 at 1pm in the Computer Science & Engineering Building at the University’s Keele campus.
This gift will have a major impact on the future academic landscape of the University and will support its mission to shape the next generation of engineering leaders.
