TORONTO – On Monday October 17th, 2011, at approximately 12:30 hours, a York U. community member was approached by three (3) males on the east side of the Farquharson/Lumbers Link.
One of the males is reported to have produced a knife and demanded the victim’s cellular phone. No injuries were reported.
The suspects were last seen running eastbound from the area. The suspects are described as follows:
Suspect #1
Male, Black, early 20’s, 6’2”, clean shaven and an average build. Last seen wearing a navy blue ‘hoodie’ and blue jeans.
Suspect #2
Male, Black, early 20’s, dark complexion. Last seen wearing a red zipper ‘hoodie’ with a white shirt underneath, dark blue pants, and brown timberland shoes.
Suspect #3
Male, Black, early 20’s, dark complexion, and has a spot on his right cheek. Last seen wearing a black ‘hoodie’ with a white shirt underneath and jeans.
