December 9, 2010, York University − Toronto Police Service and York Security Services are investigating two separate incidents that saw two York students robbed and threatened late Wednesday night at the south end of the Keele campus.
At approximately 11pm on Dec. 8, 2010 a male student in the courtyard of 14 Passy Gardens was approached by two males who requested directions and asked to use his cell phone. The two took his cell phone. One suspect also displayed a gun and threatened the student. The two suspects fled toward The Pond Road and were picked up by a third suspect in a white, four-door vehicle, which drove westbound on The Pond Road.
