UPDATE:

TORONTO, January 7, 2010 -- Toronto Police Service has made an arrest in connection with the Monday, January 4, 2010 alleged sexual assault that took place in the Scott Library of a male, non-community member who is appearing at the 1000 Finch Ave. Provincial Court House today.

TORONTO, 05 January, 2010  - Toronto Police Service is currently investigating a report of sexual assault of a female student by a male, non-York community member, in the Scott Library on York's Keele campus in the early evening of Monday, January 4, 2010.

York Security attended the incident and both the victim and suspect were dealt with at the scene.
