TORONTO, April 8, 2009 -- York University and CUPE 3903 reached a tentative settlement for a new collective agreement with the assistance of a mediator on Tuesday evening, April 7.  The tentative settlement will be subject to a ratification vote, to be scheduled by CUPE 3903.
