  • Forshaw played field hockey at the Olympic Games in 1984 and 1988. A member of the 1980 team that boycotted the Moscow Olympics.

  • Hughes was chief therapist for the Canadian Olympic team at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and a member of the Canadian medical team for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympic Games.
