TORONTO, September 22, 2007 -- On Friday, 21 September 2007, Toronto Police Service received information that led investigators to identify and arrest the second of two men wanted for the sexual assaults that occurred at York University on Friday 7 September 2007.
The TPS provided the following information about the arrested man:
Justin David Connort, age 25 of Toronto is charged with:
- Five counts of break and enter,
- Two counts of sexual assault,
- Two counts of gang sexual assault,
- Two counts of forcible confinement.
One day earlier, Toronto Police Service announced the arrest of Daniel Katsnelson, age 25 of Thornhill, on identical charges.
