Review of the Sale of South lands, York University

Date for Submissions extended to April 8, 2005

York University has asked the Honourable Edward Saunders Q.C. to undertake a review of the sale of lands by the University to Tribute Homes in March 2002.

 

The review is to determine if the process through which the price was negotiated with Tribute Homes was appropriate in light of criteria imposed by the University and whether any improprieties or conflicts existed or occurred in relation to this sale.

 

Anyone in the York community who wishes to provide information to Mr. Saunders may do so in writing on or before April 8, 2005.  Submissions must be signed and must provide the address and other contact information of the person making the submission.  Submissions should be delivered to:

Mr. Saunders may wish to interview some of the persons who make submissions to the review.  It should be understood that there is no obligation to agree to an interview.
