York community members and alumni are invited to enjoy third round matches as some of the world’s best seeded players battle it out on the court.

Tickets are just $60 for Level 100 Bronze Seating, or $36 per session for Level 300 seating, (plus 15 per cent for GST and applicable fees). All prices include a reserved seat at Centre Court, access to the exclusive lounge and a free souvenir magazine. Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-877-2TENNIS, ext. 7951.

A world-class tennis facility at York

Located on York’s Keele campus, the Rexall Centre features a 12,500 seat stadium and centre court expandable to 14,500 seats, and includes 6000 “court-side” premium seats and 48 corporate hospitality suites. The centre also features 15 additional courts – a champion grandstand court, 10 outdoor practice courts (four of which can be enclosed in a bubble for winter use), and four permanent indoor courts.

The core 15-acre site will expand to more than 20 acres during the Canadian Open and, in addition to being the home of Tennis Canada, it will also house the Ontario Tennis Association.

Although the international championships are the focal point for the Centre each summer, the facility will be the hub for community programs, coaching courses, provincial and national junior and senior championships, local school programs and high-performance training programs during the balance of the year.

The location of the stadium on York's Keele campus is the culmination of an association of world-class tennis with the University that began in 1976.
