York U. prof. available to comment on Tony Blair's future

TORONTO, January 26, 2004 -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair may face a revolt within his own Labour Party this week over a proposal to increase university tuition fees and the release of the Hutton report into the suicide of government scientist David Kelly.

York University History Prof. Stephen Brooke, who specializes in modern Britain, is available to comment on the challenges facing the British prime minister.
