SECURITY BULLETIN: Cell phone stolen at Assiniboine and Sentinel

TORONTO A York University student was robbed of her cell phone at 3:20pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. The robbery occurred at the corner of Assiniboine Road and Sentinel Road.

The unknown male suspect was last seen running south into The Village and getting into a blue SUV.

Toronto Police Service was contacted and is investigating, with the assistance of York Security.

Toronto Police Service describes the suspect as follows:

Male, Black, 5’10”, heavy build, 20-25 years old, with short black hair, wearing blue jeans, a light blue cotton sweater, black hat and black jacket.
