Osgoode Hall Law School of York University presents "Dean for a Day"

TORONTO, September 27, 2004 -- Patrick Monahan, Dean of York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, will trade places with second-year law student Amer Mushtag on Thursday, September 30, 2004.  Mushtag, who submitted the winning essay on what he would do as Dean, will assume direction of the Dean's Office for one day.  He will be able to occupy Monahan's office, park in his reserved parking lot, chair meetings of the Law School's senior administration, and enjoy a free lunch with a guest.  At the same time, Monahan, who will donate his day's salary on the 30th to student financial aid at Osgoode, and will attend the student's classes
