York U. helps launch new Innovation Synergy Centre in Markham

TORONTO, November 14, 2003 -- York University will help officially open the Innovation Synergy Centre in Markham (ISCM) on Thursday, Nov. 20, 3:30 p.m.

The Innovation Synergy Centre, of which York is a founding partner, is a new concept, focused on assisting companies to realize their growth potential in both the domestic and international marketplaces. The Centre will serve small and medium sized enterprises, providing linkages to mentors and advisors, government programs and initiatives as well as being a point of contact to York University expertise in business, human resources management, and science and technical support.
