SECURITY BULLETIN: Indecent Act at The POD store.

TORONTO, Feb. 7, 2012 – York Security Service requests assistance from the York community with the investigation of an indecent act at The POD store (inside the Curtis Lecture Halls entrance) on Feb. 6 at approximately 5:10 pm.

A male suspect entered The Pod and approached a female member of the York community. 

The suspect committed an act of sexual indecency and lewdness, jumping up and down in front of her several times. 

The complainant told him to leave.  She proceeded to call her manager and the suspect left the scene at approximately 5:25 pm.

The suspect is described as follows:

Black. Male, 6’0, slim build, 25-27 years of age, dark shirt, black shorts, black pea cap with red flap (toque).
